Google folder contains the following resources for the course:
A printable pdf of the entire book.
Video notes for the lecture videos in pdf and Word form. The videos in each section can be assigned or used as an extra resource.
A pdf of the answers to odd exercises.
A MyOpenMath shell is available for instructors to use in their courses. Additional resources are available for instructors by emailing Cara Lee at
